As we do not sell physical products, there are no tangible goods to return.

All services, consultations, digital materials, and program access are considered delivered once provided, scheduled, accessed, or made available to you.


2. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products and service-based offerings:

  • All purchases are final.
  • No refunds will be issued once payment has been made.
  • No partial refunds will be provided for unused sessions, partially completed services, or accessed course materials.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are fully responsible for your decision to buy.


3. Money-Back Guarantee (If Applicable)

Occasionally, Das Media Enterprise (and its beneficiaries) may offer special promotions that include a written money-back guarantee.

Refunds will only be considered if:

  1. The offer explicitly states that it includes a money-back guarantee; and
  2. The refund request is made within the stated guarantee period; and

4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a fraudulent or bad-faith chargeback may result in:

  • Immediate termination of services
  • Revocation of access to programs or materials
  • Legal action where applicable

5. Service Commitment

Results from coaching, consultation, and lead generation services depend on many factors including effort, implementation, market conditions, and client cooperation.

We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or financial results unless explicitly stated in writing under a specific promotional offer.
